1. How InterActive MyProfit

• When the User and/or Customer downloads InterActive MyProfit, the system will ask the User and/or Customer for approval of the Privacy Policy.
• When a user installs InterActive MyProfit, the system will ask for user approval for access to media files, cameras and locations which will later be used for needs when the user uses the InterActive MyProfit service. .

2. Data Acquisition and Collection

InterActive MyProfit collects device data and user information solely for the purposes of running the service. Device data and information that InterActive MyProfit will collect includes:

• Information for Registration needs: To be able to use the InterActive MyProfit application, we will ask users to register personal data (Name, Email, Password to enter the application) and company data (Name Business, Business Midwife, Address, Country, Telephone Number, Reference know from) in the Application and we will store the data at https://account.interactive.co.id so that users can use the features contained in InterActive MyProfit.
  If you register and/or log in using a Google account (Gmail), we will take some basic primary information from your Google account, including: Name, Email Address, and Country. We store this data for personal information as information that we can contact if at any time there are problems in using the application or for offering application licenses.
• Device Information and Data: InterActive MyProfit will store information or access when users use the application, such as company data and user data during registration, MAC Address data of the device used to log in, product data, sales transaction data, access location, camera access, media and file access. Below we explain important access to devices used for the InterActive MyProfit POS (Point of Sales) application, including the following:
  • Location permission access: InterActive MyProfit will use user location information only when the user uses the application, for the purposes of the delivery address search feature.
  • Camera permission access: InterActive MyProfit will open the camera on the user's device when the user scans the barcode of the product / item being sold.
  • Access Media and File permissions: InterActive MyProfit will open storage media files on the user's device when the user needs to upload cash receipts and to save logos.

Users can see the permissions used on InterActive MyProfit and can deactivate them at any time via the Settings menu in the application settings on the Android system.

3. Data Usage

The InterActive MyProfit application will process and use user data to provide services for recording transactions, printing bills and notes, printing for the kitchen, processing orders and members. The data that has been taken will be processed and analyzed on the server to produce information which will later be provided to the user.

Stored data and access will be processed for the following needs:

• Displays product information
• Displays member information
• Displays promotional information
• Displays transaction and order information
• Displays petty cash information
• and various types of sales reports

You can cancel all data and access permissions at any time and at any time. You can request to deactivate your account and delete data via email developer@interactive.co.id with the subject "Account Deletion" and please attach a clear reason to the email description.

All features can only be used if you give permission or provide approval to carry out the action, for example: the application will only download and upload files that you choose and approve.

This data is stored encrypted on our secure InterActive MyProfit Cloud server and is not shared with the public.

4. User Data Protection

Data is stored securely in encrypted format and will not be shared with other parties. The application will only record and process user data for sales and petty cash transaction needs from companies that have registered with InterActive MyProfit.

5. User Access and Permissions on the device

For Android devices, InterActive MyProfit will require access permissions to:

• Location access

  The location feature contained in InterActive MyProfit uses the Software Development Kit from Google, so Google also has access to user location data. To be able to use the attendance feature on InterActive MyProfit, allow InterActive MyProfit to access the location on your device. InterActive MyProfit will use user location information only when the user uses the application, the feature that requires access to the user's location is looking for address coordinates for delivery of customer orders that are transacting.

  How access permissions are used

  • When a user downloads InterActive MyProfit, the system will ask for user approval to activate the location feature on the user's device to be able to access the user's location.
  • When a user carries out a delivery transaction using the geo tagging feature on InterActive MyProfit, the system will ask for user approval to activate the location feature on the user's device to be able to access the user's location point to the delivery location and calculate the distance and delivery costs.

• Access photos, media and files

  Photo, media and file access is required so that InterActive MyProfit can access photos and files in the device storage. This aims to:

  • Users can print logos on bills and notes.
  • Users can upload proof of petty cash transactions.

  How access permissions are used

  • When the user synchronizes after logging in and selecting a location, InterActive MyProfit will open the device's storage media and save the logo on the device.
  • When a user inputs a petty cash transaction and there is a need to upload a file, InterActive MyProfit will open the device's storage media and display files, photos or images that the user can choose.

• Camera access

  Camera access is required for InterActive MyProfit to take photos or images via the camera on the device. The goal is so that users can scan product barcodes in the application.

  How access permissions are used

  • When a user searches for a product using the barcode scan feature, InterActive MyProfit will open the camera on the user's device to scan the barcode.

6. Terms of Sharing and Transferring Data

Your Personal Data will not be shared by InterActive MyProfit with any company or entity except the user company that has registered with InterActive MyProfit.

InterActive MyProfit will follow the rules in accordance with the Minister of Communication and Information Regulations regarding Data Protection. We uphold the confidentiality of users' personal data to create a healthy privacy climate. The mechanisms and methods for obtaining data and using it follow the strict rules of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Regulation.

7. Consent

As stated above, by registering for or using the services on the application or website, or by clicking the "Register" button or equivalent when you create a new account on InterActive MyProfit, you:

• Consent to InterActive MyProfit to collect, use, share and/or process the personal data mentioned above for the purposes as described above.
• Agree to receive information related to user needs from InterActive MyProfit.

This data is stored encrypted on a secure InterActive MyProfit server and is not shared with the public.
