1. How InterActive MyOrder Works

• When Users and/or Customers download InterActive MyOrder, the system will ask for the User's and/or Customer's approval of the Privacy Policy.
• When users install InterActive MyOrder, the system will ask for the user's approval for access to media files, cameras, and locations that will later be used for the needs when users use the InterActive MyOrder service.

2. Data Acquisition and Collection

InterActive MyOrder collects device data and user information only for the needs of running the service. Device data and information that InterActive MyOrder will collect include:

• Information for Registration purposes: To be able to use the InterActive MyOrder application, we will ask users to register personal data (Name, Email, Password to enter the application) and company data (Business Name, Business Field, Address, Country, Telephone Number, Reference know from) in the Application and the data will be stored at https://account.interactive.co.id so that users can use the features contained in InterActive MyOrder.
  If you register and or log in using a Google account (Gmail), then we will take some of your Basic Primary Google Account information, including: Name, Email Address, and Country. We store this data for personal information as information that we can contact if at any time there are problems in using the application or for application license offers.
• Device Information and Data: InterActive MyOrder will store information or access when the user uses the application, such as company data and user data during registration, MAC Address data of the device used to log in, product data, sales transaction data, location access, camera access, media and file access. Here we explain about important access on the device used for the InterActive MyOrder POS (Point of Sales) application, including the following:
  • Location permission access: InterActive MyOrder will use the user's location information only when the user uses the application, for the purpose of the shipping address search feature.
  • Camera permission access: InterActive MyOrder will open the camera on the user's device when the user scans the barcode of the product / item being sold.
  • Media and File permission access: InterActive MyOrder will open the storage media file on the user's device when the user has the need to upload proof of cash and to save the logo.

Users can view the permissions used on InterActive MyOrder and can deactivate them at any time via the Settings menu in the application settings on the Android system.

3. Data Usage

The InterActive MyOrder application will process and use user data to provide services for recording transactions, printing bills and notes, printing for the kitchen, processing orders and members. The data that has been taken will be processed and analyzed on the server to produce information that will later be provided to users.

Stored data and access will be processed for the following needs:

• Displaying product information
• Displaying member information
• Displaying promo information
• Displaying transaction and order information
• Displaying petty cash information
• and various types of sales reports

You can cancel all data and access permissions at any time. You can request account deactivation and delete data via email developer@interactive.co.id with the subject "Account Deletion" and please attach a clear reason in the email description.

All features can only be used if you give permission or give approval to perform the action, for example: the application will only download and upload files that you select and approve.

The data is stored encrypted on our secure InterActive MyOrder Cloud server and is not shared publicly.

4. User Data Protection

Data is stored securely in encrypted format and will not be shared with other parties. The application will only record and process user data for the needs of sales transactions and petty cash from companies that have registered with InterActive MyOrder.

5. User Access and Permissions on the device

For Android devices, InterActive MyOrder will require access permissions for:

• Location access

  The location feature on InterActive MyOrder has used Google's Software Development Kit, so Google also has access to user location data. To be able to use the attendance feature on InterActive MyOrder, allow InterActive MyOrder to access the location on your device. InterActive MyOrder will use user location information only when the user uses the application, the feature that requires access to the user's location is to search for address coordinates for sending customer orders that have made transactions.

  How access permissions are used

  • When a user downloads InterActive MyOrder, the system will ask for the user's consent to activate the location feature on the user's device to be able to access the user's location.
  • When a user makes a delivery transaction using the geo tagging feature on InterActive MyOrder, the system will ask for the user's consent to activate the location feature on the user's device to be able to access the user's location point to the delivery location and calculate the distance and shipping costs.

• Access to photos, media and files

  Access to photos, media and files is required so that InterActive MyOrder can access photos and files in the device's storage. This aims to:

  • Users can print logos on bills and receipts.
  • Users can upload proof of petty cash transactions.

  How access permissions are used

  • When users synchronize after logging in and selecting a location, InterActive MyOrder will open the device's storage media and save the logo on the device.
  • When users input petty cash transactions and there is a need to upload files, InterActive MyOrder will open the device's storage media and display files, photos or images that can be selected by the user.

• Camera access

  Camera access is required by InterActive MyOrder to take photos or images using the camera on the device. The purpose is so that users can scan product barcodes in the application.

  How access permissions are used

  • When users search for products using the barcode scan feature, InterActive MyOrder will open the camera on the user's device to scan the barcode.

6. Data Sharing and Transfer Provisions

Your Personal Data will not be shared by InterActive MyOrder to any company or entity except the user company that has registered with InterActive MyOrder.

InterActive MyOrder will follow the rules in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information concerning Data Protection. We uphold the confidentiality of user personal data to create a healthy privacy climate. The mechanisms and methods of obtaining data to its use follow strict rules from the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information.

7. Consent

As stated above, by registering for or using the services on the application or website, or by clicking the "Register" button or equivalent when you create a new account on InterActive MyOrder, you:

• Consent to InterActive MyOrder collecting, using, sharing and/or processing the above-mentioned personal data for the purposes as described above.
• Consent to receive information related to user needs from InterActive MyOrder.

Such data is stored encrypted on InterActive MyOrder's secure servers and is not shared publicly.
