Customers do not need to download a separate application. Customers simply scan the QR Code via their cellphone camera, or input the URL directly into the browser. To scan QR codes, customers must download a separate application if it is not supported by the cellphone camera application, such as QR Scanner, or Google Lens.
To use the InterActive MyResto Selfo QR Code, no additional equipment must be provided by the restaurant. Simply by providing an Internet connection.
Restaurants can manage menus online via an Internet browser. Operators can easily add or change menus anywhere via the Internet, without having to go to the restaurant location. For restaurants with many outlets, all menus at the outlets can be managed centrally.
Customers scan the QR code provided by the restaurant, either at the table or in printout form.
Customers can view the menu directly through their mobile browser. To place an order, customers can directly click on the menu. After completing the order, the customer will be asked for an Order ID number for confirmation.
Via POS, the operator prints the Order ID, or writes it by hand, then hands it over to the customer.
The customer enters the Order ID into the cellphone. Several customers at the same table can use the same Order ID.
The operator then receives the order via POS. Then the order will be printed to the kitchen and entered into the bill to be billed.
