Customers can queue casually. After getting the queue number, customers can check the queue status directly via the internet browser on their personal cellphone. No need to wait in one centralized location, but you can use the queuing time to do other activities.
Operators can send notifications to customers directly via SMS or WhatsApp if the queue is approaching.
